SHIPPING and returns
Shipping is $5 New Zealand wide and takes between 1-3 business days to urban addresses and between 5-7 business days to rural addresses.
We also ship internationally upon request. In these instances, the fragrance will be diluted with fractionated coconut oil rather than ethanol, as ethanol cannot be shipped out of New Zealand. Please contact us for international shipping options and prices.
It is important to us that you love your beautiful OLFACTORY products.
Whilst our products are natural and free from harmful elements, we are realistic about the fact that everyone’s skin is different. We highly recommend that you test our products on your skin to ensure suitability, before purchasing.
In the unlikely event your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using your product immediately and contact us. If we identify that your OLFACTORY products have caused a skin reaction, we will exchange the product, create a credit or provide you with a full refund.
In addition, we will accommodate a credit, refund or replacement if one of our products is faulty or is damaged when it arrives.
In these instances, please contact us immediately at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required, and the product must not be more than 20% used. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items to us – we recommend doing so via traceable methods.
